Uniserve Security has an enviable reputation within the industry for the supply of SIA Licensed door supervisors. We pride ourselves on our personal and professional service, which enables us to maintain strong and supportive working relationships with our clients. Our door supervisors are loyal, honest, professional, and reliable and operate under a strict code and conduct for the work that they undertake. As all of our officers are vetted to British Standards BS7960 and operational management accredited to ISO 9000:2001, we are able to be recognised for our continual high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
A door supervisor, commonly known as a doorman, bouncer or host, is the first person the patron sees and sets the tone for the style and the attitude of the venue and or event. The true function of a door supervisor is to provide access control and screen clientele as they enter. A door supervisor will check identification to ensure the compliance of licensing laws and age restrictions in place and their attire in order to comply with the venue's policy.
In some circumstances and dependant upon the requirement of a door supervisor, whether it be an event or a nightclub, the use of metal detectors and pat downs procedures where the format attracts mostly young people and has an expectation of finding weapons, can be implemented. Another function of a door supervisor is to prevent admittance to those that are obviously intoxicated or who have previously caused trouble or are seen to be drawing such attention to them unnecessarily. Whether a necessity to have in relation to licensing conditions or whether it be a 'meeter and greeter host', Uniserve Security can supply to your individual needs.
The duty of a door supervisor is to monitor the crowd to see that everyone behaves. The goal should be to see that everyone has a good time, but within established limits. The best door supervisors are personable, friendly and can talk to patrons without appearing threatening or intimidating. The mere presence of a well-trained door supervisor will remind the patron that their conduct is being scrutinised and that their attendance can be revoked.
What we offer and what makes us different to other suppliers and security companies:
